I've tried installing as Administrator (and not). The difference on the laptop is that Amazon Photos was already installed and running, whereas the other two machines are new builds and therefore fresh installs of Amazon Photos. I've just checked the laptop and its on the same version & build. I've search on Google, but no issues reported so I'm assuming its something I've done wrong.īoth of my machines that don't work are on the latest V 20H2 Build 19042.685. My Windows 10 laptop that has been running Amazon Photos for some time is still fine and working. I have tried uninstalling / reinstalling several times and also tried on another PC. It installs, but then doesn't do anything - I get an icon in the system tray but it just shows 'About' or 'Exit' it wont launch the app.

Today, I needed to reinstall it on my Windows 10 desktop. I have been using Amazon Photos for a few years, all fine. Apologies if this is the wrong section of the forum, but its the best I could find.
